Company Analyzer AI is a Google Sheets™ add-on that analyzes company websites and returns a one-line AI-generated summary of their value proposition. The service is provided as-is.

3. Free and Pro Plans

• Free plan: 15 analyses per Spreadsheet. No payment required.
• Pro plan: Unlimited analyses for $9.99/month, billed through Lemon Squeezy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to analyze illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the summaries generated. Always verify important business information independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

Company Analyzer AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
