1. Information We Collect

Company Analyzer AI collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Spreadsheet ID: A unique anonymous identifier for your Google Spreadsheet, used to track usage limits. This is not linked to your personal identity.
• URLs submitted for analysis: The company URLs you submit are processed in real time to generate summaries and are not stored permanently.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
• We do not store the content of your Google Sheets™.
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

The Spreadsheet ID is used solely to enforce the 15 free analyses limit per user. It is never shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Groq API: Used to generate AI summaries. URLs are sent to Groq for processing. See Groq's Privacy Policy.
• Lemon Squeezy: Used for payment processing. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
• Railway: Our hosting provider. See Railway's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Usage counters (number of analyses per Spreadsheet ID) are retained as long as the service is active. You can request deletion by contacting us.
